The Roots Reborn team is composed of individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds, many of whom are immigrants or children of immigrants themselves. This deep connection to the communities they serve is crucial in building and maintaining trust, as team members understand firsthand the unique challenges faced by those at risk of falling through the cracks.
